INTRODUCTION

          Human thoughts are like ocean, it is probably unstoppable till we alive.  But thoughts can be minimized on focusing towards a target.  A common person experiences around 40,000-50,000 thoughts a day and in a minute 20-30 thoughts are generated.  We create thoughts but never notice thoughts. These increments of thoughts are big problems for mental stress and depression.
