            In modern fast moving ear, most of youths are missing piece of mind, patience, humbleness and physical fitness.  There is an inescapable requirement to understand the powerful connections among positive mindset, physical fitness and stress management.  The most powerful solution goes unnoticed is the chemistry between positive mindset, physical fitness & stress Management. While most of the youths understand fitness as a way to burn calories through regular physical exercises.  While physical fitness without using positive mindset or affirmations is only half way to reach the destination.

         

RELATION BETWEEN POSITIVE MINDSET⁄ MEDITATION, PHYSICAL FITNESS AND STRESS MANAGEMENT


           
In this world everything starts from a thought.  Developing a positive mindset about our physical fitness, inspires us to wake up early in the morning regularly and motivate us to involve ourself in the physical fitness through physical activities, meditation, Yoga, games, dancing and other activities. 

 

          Let think, what happens if we move our body.  On starting exercise our mind releases chemicals like dopamine, serotonin and endorphins.  All these chemical are responsible for feeling happiness, well-being and help us to relieve our stress level.  Only a few minutes of dance session, game sessions or even stretching can trigger these essential chemicals.  These chemical help us to reduce stress hormones and symptoms of depression and anxiety.


TECHNIQUES – HOW TO TAKE YOUR FITNESS TO NEXT LEVEL


1.         Mind Mapping of Physical Fitness.    Everyone human being understands about the importance of physical fitness.  Despite of that most of youth are not participating in physical exercises.  This shows clear indication that mind mapping related to physical fitness with positive mindset is one of the most important factor.  A clear picture through self-affirmations or visualization of individuals fitness image in the form of mind mapping plays a vital role.  To execute it, the clear targets with a schedule time frame should be set up. It should be strict followed with discipline, dedication and self motivation.


 2.         Start slowly.            If you have just started any physical exercise then start it slowly and gradually increase the intensity with duration of your exercise.  Always listen to your body first.  Pay attention towards your body signals.   Avoid pushing yourself too hard in starting.

 3.         Maintain Persistency and consistency.        During starting phase, be patient.  You body takes time to produce results from exercises in relieving stress.  Workout with persistency and consistency will produce positive results.

 4.         Practice Breathing Exercises.     Practice breathing exercises like Alom-Vilom, Kapalabhati (Skull Shining Breath), belly breathing or other deep breathing exercises help to reduce stress, cleanse and tone the respiratory system by getting rid of toxins.

 5.         Meditation.     Meditation is a mode to relax mind, relieving stress and boost up mental power.  It is the powerful way to accelerate mental ability and mental robustness. 

 6.         Yoga Exercises.      Yoga exercise is very important to relieve the different muscles of body and enhance flexibility in body.  Many Yoga poses, like twists and inversions, help in circulation and organ function, supporting the body natural detoxification processes.
