Example...I am grateful to god for gracing me loving, caring, understanding and healthy family members.


TIPS FOR EFFECTIVE AFFIRMATIONS

1.   Be truthful and specific about your affirmation.

2.  Repeat the affirmations on daily basis.

3.  Believe in your writing affirmations

4.  Use present tense while writing your affirmation.  Just imagine and visualize that you are in possession of the affirmation your are writing.
