INTRODUCTION
Meditation is a powerful tool for
cultivation of positive energy and emotional balance. In present world, most of the person are
facing problem like stress, anxiety, emotional disbalance and depression. One of the root cause of these lifestyle problems
is insecurity about future. On focusing
on present moment with positiveness, we can reduce our stress, anxiety, and
depression. In addition to this, it will
also help us in boosting mood and overall energy level. In Simple words, on focus and living in
present moment is known as mindfulness.
To achieve this stage of mindfulness, we require a lot of focus, training
and practice session which is called meditation.
CLARITY ABOUT MINDFULNESS AND MEDITATION
Mindfulness- In
simple words, Mindfulness is an art to live entirely in present. It means to
observe and understand the thoughts, feelings, observations and emotions as it
is without reacting or understand the situations on the basis of our past
experiences and future predictions.
Meditation- The practice and training to achieve the stage of mindfulness is called meditation. It starts from focusing on our breathes, then control our thoughts, emotions, past experiences and finally achieve a state of stillness and awareness in present moment.
It means mindfulness is a state of meditation, where we live in present moment.

3. Review - Review the situation from fresh approach.
4. Respond - Respond as with your values and wisdom.
5. Return - Return back to your present moment.
SIMPLE WAYS TO START MINDFULNESS
There are no specific requirement to sit in silence for hours to get benefits of mindfulness. Some simple ways to practice it into your daily routine are as under:-
1. Make a habit to spare few moments and
focus on your breath. Observe your breathe (inhale and exhale) and how
your body feels. Even 60 seconds of mindful breathing have power to reset
your mental state.
2. Practice mindfulness in park and present with the people and nature around you. Leave your digital devices for some time. Observe your feelings and notice how you happy you are feeling in the fragrance of flowers and soil.
3. Go for a walk. Pay your attention to each step, try to feel rhythm of your each movement. Try to connect your body with environment and think about your fitness and tunning of your body with nature with each step.
4. Even eating is also a part of meditation. Start your food with paying gratitude to God for gracing food on time. Take your food at ease. Enjoy and focus on every bite. Observe and enjoy the flavours and sensation of body on each bite. This practice can improve digestion system and prevent overeating.

fore fathers. It takes time to get
excellence and have power to transformation in an individual. So as a beginner, start with your journey
with patience, stay motivated and self-disciplined. Your progress is not counted by how quiet is
your mind becomes, but how gentle and kindness your achieved on return to the
