            All of us sometimes in the journey of life face disappointments, failures, consequences, heartbreaks and setbacks.  At that juncture, our first approach is the stepping stone that decides our future, progress and achievements.  This is the art of turning your negatives into positives.  Rejections are like speed breakers in everyone life, which control speed, make us more disciplined, punctual and save us from accidents.  These temporary rejections make everyone strong, more accountable, experienced and finally achiever in the journey of life.

            Our imaginative thought process shapes to our reality.  Nothing negative or positive in this world.  Only our first perspective and approaches decide that its negative or its positive.  Accordingly, our actions move towards the perspective we decide.  Failures and Rejections could be a lesson for improvement and opening doors for new opportunities.

 A chance to push you struggle hard, discovery new things, unlocking your new potentials, raise your standards and finally transform you into yours upgraded version.

 

TECHNIQUES – HOW TO CHANGE YOUR (-) TO (+)

1.         Power of Spoken Words.    Words are the seeds of success.  Everyone in this world is the product of his thoughts and words he used.  So, everyone in the hours of need try to speak what he wants instead of what he had.  Written goals, positive responses and reactions in the time of need is more important than a trained counsellor.

 2.         Shifting of your responses from (-) ve to (+) ve.     Our thoughts shape our reality.  One of the deciding factors, while facing failure is to understand our strengths, goal we have achieved, struggles we faced and desired results we achieved in the past. It will be a healing factor during out from failure and shift our negative energy into positive energy.

 3.         Use of Positive Affirmation.     Start with your day with positive affirmations. Make a habit to visualize how will exactly feel after achieving your goals and endorse it in writing your diary in the form of positive affirmations.  Following this technique for atleast 90 days, it will convert into your habits.  Really, this will rejuvenate your thought process, strength your mental responses and fill your body with enthusiasm. 

 4.         Pay Repetitive Gratitude to Almighty.          Paying Gratitude is a powerful energy which is strongest factor to helping you for shifting your (-ve) energy into (+ve) energy.  It could be lost of your job, your health, your career and quality you desire to achieve.  Just pay gratitude to god for gracing (………………….) name of the quality or goal you want to achieve. Repetitive gratitude for a long time will force your subconscious mind to show you the ways to achieve  your goal.  It will work like a magic.  It will always motivate you to write new gratitude and finally you will be yours upgraded version.  Right time to write your gratitude is the morning time and before going to bed.

 5.         Surrounding yourself with Visionary or Positive personalities.     Before going to this technique, you should read law of attraction.  It states that Positive thoughts and actions attract positive outcomes, while negative thoughts and actions attract negative outcomes, essentially stating ″like attracts like″.  Be selective while spending your time.  Select whose conversations inspire, uplift and growing you into your upgraded versions.  Spent your hours with those who you want to be.

 6.         Transform your pain into goal.            From the first breath to last breath, everyone is in learning phase in the world.  If you failed, then it is time to learn from your failure, reboot yourself and try new perspective.  Take your struggles as strength booster, find out new and more effective plans to achieve your goals.       

 7.         Differentiate between Dream and Goals.    Dreams are the thoughts which you want to be or achieve.  Dream with a definite dates became goals.  Goals are more powerful than dreams.  So, write you goals instead of your dreams.  Writing goals with definite plan is one of the strongest way to converts your (-)ve to (+)ve.

You have the power to frame your future.  Your future is the replica of your past and present.  Your present will become your past tomorrow.  So, you are the only one who decides your deeds, approaches and responses today.  Then it’s time to action…………….best of luck for framing your present and future
